Navigate the Leave Setting
Manage the leave of employees more efficiently with Carbonate leave management.
Here, you can make the leave preferences so that they will reflect the company leave policy.
You can create or edit leave types.
Different types of leave, for example, annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, etc. can be created in the general settings. Any leave created in general settings will be allotted to all accounts including Admin, Manager and Staff.
You can create the list of holidays for your company, or you can Import Holidays (import PH for your country or import using csv, ics and icl files).
Roster based Rest / Off Days.
Tick the respective box if you want to mark and read employee Off Days / Rest Days from Roster.
Leave final approvers.
Tick the respective box if you like to assign employees as the final approvers of the leaves.
Condition based Unpaid Leave.
Tick the respective box if you want to allow employees to take Unpaid leave only after assigned leaves are exhausted.
Cancel leaves.
Tick the respective box if
you want to allow Manager to cancel staff’s leave after approval and to restrict employees to cancel the approved leaves.
Child care leave sharing
Tick the respective box if you want to allow child or infant leave sharing and require a document attachment for child care leave.
Birthday leave
Tick the respective box if you will allow your employee to take birthday leave and specify the range.
Off in lieu / Compensatory leave expiry
Tick the respective box if you want to define the validity for Off in lieu / Compensatory leave allocated.
Leave applied around optional day
Tick the respective box if you will deduct leave for optional day when leave applied a day before or after it.
Leave on a Rostered Day
Tick the respective box if you will consider as leave when an Employee with Weekly hours has a roster on Holiday and applies for a leave.
Team members acknowledgement
Tick the respective box if you want to seek acknowledgement for employee leave from team members.
Leave on behalf
Tick the respective box if you want to allow Admins/Managers to apply leave for team members on their behalf. Define the preference on the leave status.
Work on public holiday
Tick the respective box if you will give compensation for work done on PH?
Work on non-working day
Tick the respective box if you will give compensation for work done on Rest day.
Work on leave day
Tick the respective box if you will add a compensatory leave if your employee will work on their leave day
Holidays on rest day
Tick the respective box if the holiday falls on a Sunday, you will allow the next working day to be a paid holiday.
Holidays on non-working day
Tick the respective box if you will compensate for holiday falls on a non-working day.
Leave for Public Holiday
Tick the respective box if you will allow employees to take advance Public Holiday leave?
Exclude Days for Leave Application
Tick the respective box if you will allow employees to submit excluded days on Leave Application
Past Day Leave Apply
Specify how many days in the past do you allow leaves to be applied for
Performance Incentive Based on Leave(s)
Set Incentive for specific goal to improve employee performance
