What Are The Conditions To Calculate SHG Contribution For Employees
On Carbonate, there are few details that need to be added in order for SHG to be calculated.
Before calculating the contribution details please make sure staff are added to the staff list along with the mandatory details.
Go to the Staff list.
Select the particular staff.
Click on the Identification tab.
Enter date of birth, nationality, country of birth, and NRIC details.
Enter date of birth, nationality, country of birth, SPR approval date and NRIC details.
Enter date of birth, nationality, country of birth, FIN no, pass issue date and pass expiry date
Enter race and religion.
Scroll below and click save.
Click on the Employment tab.
Tick the box “Contributes SHG”
Fill in the basic salary (per period)
Scroll below and click on Save button
SHG will now be calculated correctly as per the entered details.
