Target Incentive Based on the Number of Days Worked
When a company gives productivity incentives for employees completing any targeted hours for a period on top of the daily rate, Carbonate can easily set it up to implement the company bonus policy.
Example scenario: The daily rate of the employee is $25 and if they complete the entire working day, they will receive an $8 bonus on top of the daily rate. The bonus will be based on whether the employee completes the entire 8 hours or not. So, at the end of the month, based on the employee's daily attendance, the bonus will be automatically computed.
Before it can be set up, the daily rate of the employee must be entered into the Carbonate system. Refer to the following user guide:
Complete the field boxes.
Choose the Complete shift hours and Daily on the first and second boxes.
On the third box, define the rate of daily bonus.
On the associated rank, select the specific rank of employees who will receive the incentives.
