How to generate GIRO File
If you wish to generate GIRO file on Carbonate, you could do the following steps:
Before generating the giro kindly make sure payroll data is already generated in the system.
Step 1
Choose Payroll on the left side menu
Step 2
Choose Generate GIRO file on the drop down menu shown below:
Step 3
Fill out all the required information on the pop up page.
Step 4
Click Generate button.
Once the Giro file is generated kindly upload it to the concerned bank.
GIRO Yearly Report(Step 1)
Click on Select file generate option.
Step 2
Choose Generate GIRO file on the drop down list.
Step 3
Under the giro file generate option click on apply payslip fetch filter and select the date to generate the giro file yearly report outletwise.
