Feedback Form (Approval)
Employees often are not given an option to give their feedback to their managers and the higher management. With our new feature on Carbonate HR, it lets your employees to send their feedback to their managers or the management in case they need raise any concern or simply need to ask for any employment related documents or tools.
Step 1
To check and take actions of a new feedback, click on the communications from the left side menu,
Step 2
Click on the “Feedback” tab from the top of the page, above the search bar
Step 3
The new feedback entry will be bold and there will be a red dot “
” on the new feedback
Step 4
Once clicked on the new feedback, you will be able to view all the details, add your remarks and also “Approve” or “Reject” the feedback.
