Extend the Limit to Complete the Course Assessments

In Carbonate HR, once we have created the course for a particular outlet and set the limit to 5, and then, from that outlet 1 or 2 users are getting failed to complete those assessments and they have reached their limit, the Admin should be notified that the user has reached the limit. Then, the Admin may extend the limit for the user who has failed to complete the course.

Before doing so, we have to ensure that the course limit has been set. Below is the user guide for your reference.

Set the Limit on Retaking the Assessments

Only the Admin and Manager with Onboarding privileges may perform this setup.

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Onboarding module.

Step 2

Click on the course for which you have to extend the limit.

Step 3

On the course details, go to the participants and click View All.

Step 4

On the Course Participants, select the user that you have to extend the limit. Click +Increase Limit.

Step 5

Fill in the field box for the number of attempts.

Then, click Add Limit.

A prompt will appear once successfully increased limit. Also, the staff would get notified that the limit has been extended and he/she needs to attempt full course from the start.
