Define the Validity for Off in Lieu or Compensatory Leave Allocated

When an employee renders work during the rest days, the company may provide Off in Lieu or Compensatory leave.

Before doing so, the off days or rest days of the Staff must be entered in the Carbonate HR. Below are the user guides for your reference.

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Settings section and click the Leave/Holiday tab.

Step 2

Scroll down to Off in lieu / Compensatory leave expiry.

A. Do you want to define the validity for Off in lieu / Compensatory leave allocated?

Toggle the Yes button to enable the feature.

B. For how many days will Off in lieu / Compensatory remain active?

Input the number of days in the field box.

Step 3

Click Save.
