Create the Sub-Claims Category and Set as CPF Deductible
Dental, Medical, and other Miscellaneous claims can be preset as CPF deductible. Once it is marked as CPF deductible, it should show in the payroll - Edit Pay Items - Other allowance and deductions when generating the pay slip.
Before doing so, you can check whether the claim is added to the Carbonate system. Below is the user guide for your reference:
Step 1
On the dashboard, go to Settings and click the Claims tab.
Step 2
Scroll down to Varieties of claims allowed and tick the box of the subcategories.
You can also add more by clicking the +Add New Claim Type.
Step 3
Click the Show button.
Step 4
Toggle the CPF Deductible button.
Step 5
Click Save.
