Update the Staff Leave Benefits

Are you dealing with a dilemma where you are to allot different leaves to a particular staff than the rest of the staff?

When implementing the leave policy, there may be some Staff that have different leave benefits among the others.  It is important that this leave will reflect appropriately on the Carbonate HR.

Before making any updates, a user account must be created. Then, the leave type must be created. Below are the user guides for your reference.

Only the Admin and Managers with Leave privileges may perform this.

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Leave section.

Step 2

If you are a Manager, the Staff shown on this page are those reporting to you or you have a privilege on their leave.

Search for the staff name by typing the name of the staff in the search bar at the top of the page.

 

Step 3:

Click on the edit button or on the staff name.

Step 4:

Under the General tab, scroll down towards the bottom of the page to the leave section.

Step 5:

Click on the box in front of the leave type to update the assigned leave.

Step 6. Remove the Leave Benefits from the Staff

If you want to remove the leave type from the Staff, click the X sign in front of the leave type you want to delete.

Step 7: Grant the Staff with Leave Benefit

If you want to create a new leave type, dedicated for this staff, click on +add leave type located on the right side of the form in the leaves section.

Step 8:

Click the Save button.
