Setting compensatory leaves preference
Perhaps your company might think to provide compensatory leaves for the employees as a substitution as they work on public holidays or non working days. Well that is easy!
On Carbonate, you could just do these simple following steps:
Step 1
Go to https://carbonateapp.com/settings#tabId-leave-settings-tab
Choose Setting then Leave/Holiday tab
Step 2
Go to Work on public holiday & non-working day
Step 3
Choose the Yes or No option to set your compensatory leave preference.
Step 4
If you wish to set up different rate compensation for off day, you can also set your preferences.
Step 5
You can also choose to select the particular labour type, then only the selected people will be eligible for the rest day compensation.
