Roles or Employees Who Can Create Tasks in Workspace

In Carbonate, tasks in workspace sections can be created by a set of defined roles or by the specific employees in your organization from digital workspace options.

Only the Admin and Managers with Company level privileges may perform the settings from the Workspace.

Before doing so, it is required that an employee profile must be created in Carbonate.

 

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Settings section.  Click the Digital Workspace from the More tab.

Step 2

Go to Tasks in the Workspace.

Who can create tasks in the Workspace section?  Here, you can toggle the button on the selected option.

When you toggle the Select role, you will have the option to select from Admin, manager, or Employee.  

 

Step 3

When you toggle the Select employee, you will have the option to select the name of the employee from the dropdown list.

 

Step 4

Click Save.
