How to submit a claim with/without attachment

A claim can be accepted with or without an attachment submitted by the employees.

Step 1:

Go to Settings on the left-side menu.

Step 2:

Go to the Claim tab.

Step 3:

Scroll down and look for Claims Attachment Required and choose No.

Step 3(a)

Scroll down and look for Claims Attachment Required and choose Yes ,if claims attachments are mandatory.

Step 4:

Scroll down and click save.
