How to set up pay scheme development for the staff
Handling this requirement by Custom Automation, It should allow importing the file with the below details.
- Rank/Scheme
- Month
- Total expected hrs in the month
- Incentive term on payslip/report
- Incentive for month
Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making these changes.
Step 1.
Go to the attendance module.
Step 2.
Click on the custom automation.
Step 3.
Click on the import file.
Step 4.
Click on the download the sample file.
Step 5.
Fill up the required details in the standard format.
Step 6.
Click on attach CSV.
Step 7
Once done it will be visible under custom automation.
Note:
Kindly check all working hours for the month, if hit required working hours give incentive/rate adjustment during payroll.
