How to Set Up Auto Leave Encashment in Carbonate ?

The Auto Leave Encashment feature in Carbonate allows the system to automatically calculate and process leave encashment for employees based on the company’s leave policy. This ensures accurate payouts and minimizes manual work for HR and Admin users.

Steps to Enable Auto Leave Encashment :-

Step 1:

Click on the “Settings” from the main menu.

Step 2:

Go to the “Leave Setting” tab.

Step 3:

Scroll down to the “Encashment Settings” section.

Step 4:

Enable the “Auto Leave Encashment” toggle button.

Step 5:

Set the date to execute auto encashment calculation for each year.

Note:- On the Set date, every year, all the leave balance will be automatically encashed for all the users.

Step 6:

Now scroll down and Click on the “Save” button to apply the settings.
