Compensation Preference for Work Done on Non-working Day
If the company provides varying compensation for the employees who worked on a non-working day, then Carbonate HR can also configure the same. Basically, the compensations can be a Rest day in lieu of a salary or a salary itself in lieu of a Rest day.
Kindly update the Staff profile and mark the Rest Day and Off Day. Below are the user guides for your reference.
Only the Admin and Managers with Leave privileges are allowed to make these settings.
On the “Give compensation for work done on Rest day?”, toggle the Yes button.
Select the Compensation type as Salary or Off in Lieu.
Similarly, if you wish to set for hourly leave off in lieu of compensation for a non-working you can specify it here.
If you wish to set compensation for a rest day as salary compensation for the non-working day, then you can define the fold per day salary.
If you wish to set the fixed-rate salary compensation you can define the policy in these settings options.
Similarly, we can define compensation policy for off-day as a non-working day, by providing salary compensation or fixed rate that can be defined in this particular setting.
If you wish to provide off-in-lieu compensation for a non-working day you can specify these particular settings.
