How to prorate the fixed allowances based on Leave ?
If an employee getting a fixed allowance took leave for the month, their allowance will be pro-rated accordingly. Similarly, the transport allowance will also be prorated when the employee is on leave/MC.
Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making these changes.
Step 1.
Go to the Settings.
Step 2
Click on the Payroll settings under the More option.
Step 3.
Under the add fixed allowances, enable the option for prorate allowance based on leaves.
Step 4
Kindly add the leave type under the particular fixed allowances type.
Step 5
Click on Save.
