How to Perform Auto Checkout for Employees When Their Shift Ends for the Day
If you want the system to do the forced checkout when their shift ends for the day, here are the steps to follow.
Simply log in to Carbonate with your credentials.
Step 1
Please login to carbonateapp.com with your credential’s and then click on Settings from the left side of the menu.
Step 2
Choose the ‘Attendance’ settings button on the list of categories above as shown in the sample image.
Step 3
Scroll down below until you see the Forced Checkout on Shift End settings and enable it by selecting ‘Yes’.
Step 4
Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
If you enabled this setting, your employees will automatically checkout when their shift finally ends on that particular day, and it will make the working duration even more accurate.
