How to export payslip history based on cost center?

If you wish to export the payslip history based on the cost center, it can be implemented in Carbonate really easily.

Please check if you have created the cost center under the company settings before making any changes.

Also, add the cost center in the employment tab of the staff profile to fetch the required data correctly.

Before exporting the payroll data, please do generate the payslip for the employees.

Step 1

Go to the Payroll section.

Step 2

Choose export pay slips history on the drop down menu under Select file generate options.

Step 3

Select the contribution month and select cost center from the independent variables and click on export.

Step 4

Once exported, the cost center report will be visible in the standard format.
