How to add the profile image from the thermal device?
Adding the profile pictures of the user from the thermal device is very easy. With Carbonate, you can enable the thermal device to fetch the image and use it as the profile photo.
Kindly follow the easy steps on how you can do these.
But, before making any changes, kindly make sure the staff profiles are added in Carbonate.
Step 1.
- Go to the Settings.

- Click on the Attendance tab.
Step 3
Scroll down to “Attendance with Thermal Scan. Then, select “Yes”.
Step 4
Enable the thermal device for image for the user profile photo in Carbonate.
Step 5
Click on Save.
Once the settings are updated, the system will fetch the thermal scan image as the user profile picture.
