How to add new claim

If you wish to add a new claim on Carbonate, you could do these following steps:

Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making any changes.

Step 1

Choose Payroll on the left side menu

Step 2

Click on drop down menu shown on below image and choose Claims.

Step 3

Click on +Add claim.

Step 4

Fill in the information you wish to add on the pop up page.

Step 5

Click Send button.

Once it is sent user claim will reflect under the claim module.

Step 6

Once the claim is submitted for different items, you can add a GST NO for each item for claims.

Step 7

Once the claims items are processed GST NO will be visible.
