Claim off in lieu
On carbonate, employee can now take claim for off in lieu once the leave settings is enabled by the admin/approver. As a staff, instead of claim reimbursement, you can take claim off in lieu while submitting your claims for a particular period. These settings can be easily implemented in carbonate by the following steps mentioned below.
Step 1:
- Please login to carbonate with your credentials and go to settings(https://carbonateapp.com/settings) menu on the left side of the window.
Step 2:
- Please go to claim menu on the settings page.
Step 3:
- Kindly go to claim for leave option and enable the same.
Step 4:
- Kindly click on save in the bottom of the page.

How to add claims in lieu?
- Once login to carbonate, please click on payroll option.
Step 2:
- From the top right click on bulk payslips, then click on claims options.
Step 3:
- Please click on add claim under the payroll menu.
Step 4:
- Please add off in lieu as a claim option and fill in the required details.
Step 5:
- Please click on send, then it will be reflected under claims approval section.
