How can Admin/Staff set their own password for viewing the pay slip?
Carbonate exercises utmost confidentiality on staff matters such as payslip, taxes, and other personal information. One feature of Carbonate is allowing the Admin/Staff to set their own password, especially when viewing payslip.
As Admin/Staff, if you wish to set your own password for viewing the payslip, you can follow these few simple steps.
Kindly do check the payslip is generated for the particular period.
Go to the Settings.
Click on Payroll.
Click on the Yes button to enable the password protection.
Kindly enable the Allow employee to set their own password.
Click on Save.
Note: Employee can now choose their own password for viewing the payslip.
Users can also view the payslip passoword once it is set in asterisk form under the personal settings.
Users can also delete his payslip password from the personal settings.
