Enable the Leave Encashment for the Active Staff
Leave encashment is another leave privilege given by the company. It is an amount of money obtained in exchange for a period of leave not availed by an employee. Generally, the leave encashment is availed to an employee at the period of retirement.
However, if you allow the active staff to avail the leave encashment, Carbonate HR can customise this feature to follow the company policy.
To make this feature in effect, the number of days for leave encashment must be entered in the Carbonate HR. Below is the user guide for your reference.
On the dashboard, go to the Settings section and click the Leave/Holiday tab.
On the leave type, click the “Edit” button.
Scroll down to leave encashment and toggle the “Yes” button.
Click the Save button.
