Download the Employee Screenshot for Task Listing
Screenshots capture the image that shows the contents of a computer display. While screenshots can be handy, they can also be revolutionary to get more work done, faster.
In Carbonate, Admins and Managers can download screenshots of employees' computer screens.
Before doing so, the screen capture interval must be activated.
Step 1
On the dashboard, go to the Workspace section.
Step 2
Go to the Screenshots tab.
Select the date interval and click Download.
A prompt will appear if you downloaded the file successfully.
