Create Online Meeting Rooms From the Web Browser
You can now set up a digital or online meeting room in the Workspace from the web browser. The meeting room of Carbonate lets you save and organise the recurring meeting link from the video calling app making the collaboration seamlessly.
Check that you are allowed to create meeting rooms. Admin, Managers, and Staff may be entitled to create the meeting rooms from the web browser.
On the dashboard, go to the Workspace section.
Click the Recent meeting rooms.
Click the See all meeting rooms.
Go to the Online meetings tab, and click the +Meeting room.
Fill out all the required fields.
A. Image
Choose a meeting room image by taking a photo or choose from your library/gallery.
B. Set Title
Input a unique title for the meeting room. This is a required field.
C. Meeting Platform
It can be the video conference or calling app such as Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.
D.Set meeting link*
Copy the link generated from the platform. In this example, we will create a meeting in the Google meet.

Then, click the Create button.
A new online meeting room is created!
