Adding users into multiple thermal scan devices auto-syncing
Step 1.
- Login to Carbonate account with admin rights.
Step 2.
- Go to Settings.
Step 3.
- Go to “Attendance”.
Step 4.
- Scroll down to “Attendance with Thermal Scan
- Click on “Add another Device”.
Step 5.
- Enter the Device “Serial number” (as stated on the box)
- Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
- Refresh the page.
Step 6.
- Click on “Add Users” for the second device.
Step 7.
- Select the selective user from the dropdown list.
Step 8.
- Check the checkbox of “Select All” to select all the users
