Set the Compensation Variant for Work on Public Holiday
In Carbonate HR, if an employee has worked on PH, the compensation variant may be set as "Additional wages" or "Overtime Pay", whichever suits the company payroll policy.
Before doing so, you can set the compensation value for work rendered during Public Holidays. Below is the user guide for your reference.
Step 1
On the dashboard, go to the Settings and click the Leave tab.
Step 2
On the Leave Settings, go to the Work on public holiday.
For the “Give compensation for work done on PH?”, toggle the YES button.
For the “Set different rates based on different group?”, toggle the No button.
On the Include As, you can select the Additional Wages or Overtime Pay.
Step 3
Click Save.
