How to upload CPF file on CPF portal?

Carbonate can upload the CPF file on the CPF portal.

Please follow the step-by-step procedure below.

But first, kindly make sure you have generated the CPF on Carbonate.

Visit this user guide for generating the CPF text file.

Step 1

Click on the following URL :

and click on Login button.

Step 2

Select the company UEN/Entity ID for CPF submission.

Step 3

Click on CPF EZPAY.

Step 4

Click on Login with UEN number.

Step 5

Step 6

Select on CPF EzPay(FTP) option.

Note: Please make sure you have generated the CPF text file using Carbonate.

Step 7

Attach the CPF text file that is generated from Carbonate.

Step 8

After the successful file upload, click on Continue.

Step 9

Proceed to pay CPF via Direct Debit, PayNow or NETS.

Your CPF file is now in CPF Portal.
