Feedback Form (Submission)
Employees often are not given an option to give their feedback to their managers and the higher management. With our new feature on Carbonate HR, it lets your employees to send their feedback to their managers or the management in case they need raise any concern or simply need to ask for any employment related documents or tools.
To create a new feedback, click on the communications from the left side menu,
Click on the “Feedback” tab from the top of the page, above the search bar
Click on “Send Feedback” button on the top right corner of the page
Fill up the feedback form
To send the feedback form, click on the “Send feedback” button at the bottom of the form
The employee will be able to see the status of the feedback. To view the status, click on the feedback
The status of the feedback will be reflected on the submitted form,
