Working day variations_Optional day from employee profile

On carbonate, for employees working on daily fixed shifts, admin can declare a day as optional day from the staff profile and variations for its occurrences in a month. This setting can easily be implemented on Carbonate by following the steps mentioned below.

Please login to carbonate with your credentials.

Step 1:

Go to https://carbonateapp.com/staff

Step 2:

Search the particular staff and open the profile for the same.

Step 3:

Please go to the general tab of the employee profile and enable optional day for the particular staff.

Case 1:

In case if you allow optional day for all occurrences in a month of a specific week day, from the employee profile then choose this option for your staff.

Case 2:

In case if you allow optional day for the first occurrence in a month of a specific week day, from the employee profile then choose this option for your staff.

Step 3:

In case if you allow optional day for the last occurrence in a month of a specific week day, from the employee profile then choose this option for your staff.

Case 4:

In case if you allow optional day for all occurrences except the first occurrence in a month of a specific week day, from the employee profile then choose this option for your staff.

case 5:

In case if you allow optional day for alternative occurrences in a month of a specific week day, from the employee profile then choose this option for your staff.
