Show the NRIC Number in the Payslip
In Carbonate HR, the payslip layout can be customized. You can add more information such as NRIC number. The NRIC number will appear on the staff pay slip in the Staff name and address section.
Before doing so, you can import the pay components in bulk. Below is the user guide for your reference.
Step 1
On the dashboard, go to Settings and click the Payroll in More tab.
Step 2
Scroll down to Payslips additional info.
On the “Add more employee related details on payslips?”, toggle the Yes button.
Step 3
On the “Select the components to be included”, tick the NRIC No. box.
Step 4
Click Save.
