Setting up pro-rate leave types alert preference

If you wish to set up pro-rate leave types alert preference, simply do these following steps:

Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making the changes.

Step 1

Go to Settings on the left side of the menu.

Step 2

Choose More and click Alerts on drop down menu.

Step 3

Set your Yes or No preference for Pro-rate leave types alert if staff apply for more leave then what they are eligible for.

Step 4

We also have an option to choose who should receive the alert, kindly tick the boxes for whom you want to receive the alert.

Once the alert is enabled concerned employees will receive the alert for leave proration.
