Setting preference alert for passport expiry date of staff

To set your company alert preference for the passport expiry date of your employees/staffs, simply do these following steps:

Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making the changes in alert settings for passport expiry.

Also, before adding the alert settings kindly make sure the staff is added in Carbonate

Step 1

Go to Settings on the left side of the menu.

Step 2

Choose More and click Alerts on drop down menu.

Step 3

Choose your Yes or No preference to set an alert for the passport expiry date of your staffs.

You can also choose the different groups of users to whom to receive this alert.

Also can add the number of days before the alert should be triggered by the system
