Remove the User From the Thermal Scan Device
In Carbonate, once the employee is added to the outlet which is also allowed to use the thermal scanner device, then he is automatically allowed to use the thermal device in performing attendance.
In removing the user from the Thermal scan device without deleting the outlet from it, you can follow the steps:
Step 1
On the thermal scan device console, go to the Menu and tap the User.
Step 2
Click the User List.
Step 3
You should see the ID and the user name in the user’s list.
Tap on the user name.
Step 4
Once the Users profile displays, select the user from the list and then click Delete.
On the confirmation message that appears, click OK.
The thermal scan device should delete the selected user.
