Pro-rate the Fixed Allowances Based on the Working Days

Proration of Fixed Allowances works based on the number of days or hours the employee has worked. For example, if an employee has 20 days of working hours in a month and has worked only 19 days then the employee should get the Fixed allowance prorated.

Before doing so, you have to set the working days or hours of the employee. Below is the user guide for your reference:

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to Staff List and click the Profile.

Step 2

Go to the Employment tab. 

Step 3

Scroll down to Fixed Allowances. Click the +Add New Item. 

Step 4

Enter the Fixed Allowances Name and Value.

 

Step 5

Toggle the button for Enable Proration.

Step 6

Click Save.
