Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) Submission

The Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) is a continuous registry maintained by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to collect occupational and employment data from all employees in Singapore.

As per MOM regulations, all registered businesses are required to update their OED regularly whenever there are changes to their employees' occupational or employment details.

Manually submitting your OED involves multiple steps and hours of administrative effort. HR personnel must download the Employee Listing Excel template, update data such as work hours and salary calculations for each employee, and verify any entries with errors.

Our HRMS software leverages MOM’s Automated Data Transfer (ADT) service, enabling employers to submit employee data directly from our system, streamlining the process and reducing manual workload.

Step 1

Go to Analytics Page

Navigate to Analytics page from the left side menu.

Step 2

Click MOM Survey from top right of the page.

Step 3
  • From the dialog, go to OED Report tab.
  • Click on “Singpass for OED Submission”, to provide authentication to do OED submission.
  • Your Singpass authentication will give you 5 minutes to do the OED submission.
Step 4
  • After authentication, reopen the OED Report dialog.
  • Select the Entity, only 1 for which Singpass login was performed.
  • Select the Month and Year for the OED data to be prepared and submitted.
  • Confirm the data by downloading report using “Generate” button.
  • Submit data to MOM by clicking on “Submit OED to MOM” button.
