How To Set 2 Appraisal Cycles In A Year
On Carbonate, you can set 2 appraisal cycles in a year
Follow the below steps to implement the same in Carbonate:
login to Carbonate with your credentials.
Step 1
Click on Settings
Step 2
Click on More tab
Step 3
Click on Appraisal
Step 4
Click Yes for 2nd Appraisal Cycle
Step 5
Enter the number of days for the next cycle start.
Step 6
Click Save
