How to recruit an employee in Carbonate.
With the help of Carbonate Recruitment process, You can track applicants form, hire and also send requests to applicants for profile details.
Carbonate provides multiple “Templates” creation for interview questions and “Job forms”, which the recruiter can share on social media for quick and efficient hiring.
Carbonate also helps to create quick profiles for hired employees with one single click.
Below are the steps to recruit an employee in carbonate: -
Step 1
Goto the “+ More” button and click on the “Recruit” module.
Now click on the “New Template” button.
Here you can list down the questions which you want to ask a user.
The “Edit” button allows you to edit the template and the “Delete” Button allows you to delete the Template.
Note:- If any template is in active state, you could not be able to delete it.
Step 1
Click on the “New Job Form” button.
Add title, description and select template from dropdown.
All saved job forms will be seen in the “Jobs” tab.
In the “Details” button, you can edit the job form.
The Job Form will also show the total number of applicants who has applied for this job.
In further process you will know how to get candidates.
Step 1
Click on the “Share Form” button in the job form. You can share this url on any platform like linkedIn, Whatsapp etc.
When applicants access this share form link. He/She will be redirected to the Job forms page.
Interested applicants will fill the form, answer the questions and click on the “Send Request” button to send a job request to employers.
Note:- To answer the question, he/she must first need to verify the email by filling name, email and phone.
Here u will know how u can hire an applicant and create its profile in Carbonate. Firstly goto Jobs tab -> Details -> Applicant list section -> View Details.
After review details, Click on the dropdown button to change its status.
Applied Status: Default applicant status will be “Applied” and its color will be seen in white.
Shortlisted Status: If status changes to “Shortlisted”, its color will be seen as “Yellow” Color.
Hired Status: If status changes to “Hired”, its color will be seen as “Green” Color.
Rejected Status: If status changes to “Rejected”, its color will be seen as “Red” Color.
Once the status changes, Click on the “Yes” button to confirm status or Click on “No” button to cancel it.
You can also directly change applicant status from Jobs -> Details -> Applicant List section.
Step 1
Fill out the profile request basic details and Click on “Send link to get details” to get user profile details from applicant or Click on “Save without sending link” to save.
Note:- If you click on “Save without sending link button” you can even get details later on from the applicant.
Users will receive an email for “Profile Data Submission Request”. Click on the “View” button to proceed.
Applicants will fill this form and have to click on the “Send Request” button to submit data.
Click on the “Profile detail request” button to send a request to the applicant for profile data submission.
Click on the “Confirm Carbonate profile” button to create an employee profile in Carbonate.
Note:- This button will only seem when a user has successfully submitted his/her profile data or You have “Hired” the user by “Save without sending a link”.
Scroll down and click on the “Confirm” button, the employee profile will be created successfully in Carbonate.
Click on the “Save and send link to get profile details” button.
Manually added users will receive the profile data submission request.
Note:- Manual added users will not belong to any template or Job forms.
