How to import employees name list

On Carbonate you could easily import the employees name list from your company database.

Simply do these following steps:

Also before importing the users please make sure all the details filled properly in the sample file.

Step 1

Go to https://carbonateapp.com/staff

Choose Staff list on the left side of the menu

Step 2

Select import option then choose import users on the drop down menu.

Step 3

Click on Download sample files template, then fill out your data.

Step 4

Click Attach file and upload your data.

Once the import is done staff will be reflected under the staff list.
