How to enable claims alerts?

If you want to activate the claims alerts after claims submission it can be done in Carbonate with a few simple steps.

Please make sure the claims are submitted by the user.

Step 1

Go to the settings.

Step 2

Click on claims under the more options.

Step 3

Enable the claim alerts.

Also add the number of days for sending the alert after the claim submission.

Also click on the checkboxes whom should receive this alert.

Step 4

Click on Save.
