How to clone a profile in Carbonate

Want to clone an existing user's profile for creating new users? Carbonate has a feature to do that instantly.

Below are the steps to clone new user in Carbonate:-

Step 1

Go to the Staff list module.

Step 2

Click on the Add Employee button.

Step 3

Click on the “Clone existing profile” button.

Step 4

Select the profile for clone from the dropdown.

Step 5

Do some common data amendments for the new profile to differentiate from the existing profile.

Step 6

Click on the save button to execute the clone.

Note: All data from the selected profile will be copied to the newly created user profile.

Step 7

The new user profile will be created and added to the users listing.

Step 8

New profile will also receive the registration link to start using the system straight away..
