How to add success factors
On Carbonate you can just simply do following steps to add on success factors for your company.
Step 1
Click Review appraisal on the left side of the menu
Step 2
Click Add succes factor.
Step 3
Click Add Success factors.
Step 4
You can also add points to each success factors.
Step 5
You can also add the ranks within the departments.
Step 6
Click on Save.
Step 7
Click on finish to set up the success factors for appraisal.
