How to add a point describing success factor
You might need to give more points on describing the success factor of your employee.
On Carbonate, simply do these steps:
Step 1
Go to https://carbonateapp.com/success-factors
Click Review appraisal on the left side of the menu
Step 2
Click Add succes factor.
Step 3
Click on Add Points.
Step 4
Fill out all information you wish to add as a point to describe the success factor.
Step 5
Click Save button.
