Hold Payslip to Publish
Under settings, Admin can restrict staff from viewing the generated payslips until they publish them. The publish payslips can be found under settings, hover to more, and click payroll.
Also before publishing the payslip it should be generated in the system and the payslip will be in pending status.
Step 1.
- Click on Settings on the left-side menu.
Step 2.
- Please click More tab and click Payroll.
Step 3.
- Scroll down and enable the publish payslip option.
Step 4.
- Click on Save.
Step 5.
- Click on Payroll on the left-side menu
Step 6.
- Please go to Payslip History options under payroll options.
Step 7.
- Check the selected users, or select all, and click Publish selected payslips.
Step 8.
- After clicking Publish selected payslips, the status will then change to Published.
