Export the Attendance Data
Carbonate HR App ensure utmost confidentiality and security of the data in cloud-based storage. But, to store an important record like the attendance, you may export the attendance data and have it printed for filing.
When exporting the attendance data, users have to perform the attendance on Carbonate.
You may enable attendance through the web browser or mobile app.
This option can only be performed by the Admin or Manager with Attendance privileges.
Login to the Carbonate HR app with the Admin/Managers with admin privileges account.
On the left side menu, click on Attendance.
Should you have trouble logging in or you forgot the password, click here to reset your password.
At the top tab, click on the “Select export option”.
On the drop-down list, select “Export attendance data”.
To Export Data:
Define the start and end date for the duration of the attendance record.
Select a specific, multiple or all outlet from the outlet dropdown list.
Select particular, multiple departments from the dropdown list and export the data.
On the Export based on, you can tick the box for the additional information you want to include in the report.
Once done, you can click on the “Download” button to start the data export.
To export the attendance record of a particular employee, hover on the box and type in the name of the employee.
When a dropdown list is shown, you may select the desired rank.
Click on Download.
To export the attendance record of a particular rank, hover on the box and type in the rank. When a dropdown list is shown, you may select the desired rank.
Click on Download.
To export employees’ attendance records with approved leaves, hover on the Export based on the box and click the arrow button.
Select the Employee.
Tick the box for Include only approved leaves.
Click on Download.
To export employees’ attendance records with individual Tabs, tick the box next to Individual Tabs for Every Employee.
Click on Download.
Note :
Once downloaded, data will be visible for users individually in a separate excel sheet in a standard format.
To export employees’ attendance records with overtime/undertime details, tick the box next to Include overtime/undertime details.
Click on Download.
To export employees’ attendance records with documents and photos, tick the box next to Include associated document details.
Click on Download.
