Enable the Screen Capture Interval from the Workspace
In Carbonate, you can capture screenshots of the employee's desktop or laptop screen and continuously sending them to the server at a fixed time gap. Thereby, you can monitor their performance based on the computer activity. Here, you can set up the time gap you wished.
When capturing screenshots, the employee must have their tasks from the Digital Workspace.
Step 1
On the dashboard, go to the Settings section. Click the Digital Workspace from the More tab.
Step 2
Go to screen capture interval.
Enter the time gap for the screen captures on desktop app in the field box. Enter the preferred time in seconds.
Step 3
Click Save.
