Carbonate HRMS Now Supports Direct CPF Submission
Managing payroll is one of the most critical (and often time-consuming) tasks for HR and finance teams. From calculating contributions to complying with statutory requirements, the process can be a juggling act—especially when manual steps like downloading and uploading CPF files are involved.
But not anymore.
We’re excited to announce that Carbonate HRMS now supports direct submission of CPF (Central Provident Fund) contributions to CPF Board—right from the software itself.
With this new enhancement, you no longer need to:
- Export CPF files manually from the system
- Log in separately to the CPF website
- Upload files manually and double-check entries
Instead, you can now submit CPF contributions directly from Carbonate with a single click. This makes your payroll workflow faster, more efficient, and more accurate
Go to Payroll module
From the list of options, choose Cpf Text File
- For auto submission, perform authentication first. Scroll to the bottom and Click on “CPF Submission via Singapass”.
- Your Singpass authentication will give you 5 minutes to do the CPF submission.
- After authentication, reopen the CPF Text File dialog.
- Fill up the required details.
- Select the Month and Year for the CPF data to be prepared and submitted.
- Confirm the data by downloading report using “Generate text file” button.
- Submit data by clicking on “Submit CPF to Gov” button.
