Allow the Manager to Appraise their Staff

This feature is available on the Mobile Application and Web browser. Also, it is available in Mandarin(Chinese Language). 

After the Manager appraised the Staff, the system will notify the Staff and the HR Manager through email and mobile, provided that it is enabled from the Settings. Below is the user guide for your reference.

This plugin will be controlled from the Super Admin account. 

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to Settings.

Step 2

Go to the More tab and click Appraisal.

Step 3

Click Set up Appraisal 360.

Once active, Appraisal 360 will replace the default Appraisal system.

Step 4

Scroll down to Type and toggle the button for Staff Appraisal.

Step 5

Check the Appraisal cycle. You can make the necessary correction.

Step 6

Go to the Stakeholders to determine the Reporting Manager. Click the Go to Organization Chart button.

Step 7

Look for your Manager based on the Chart.

Once done, you can go back to the Appraisal setup.

Step 8

Go to KPIs for Staff. You can set different templates to different ranks.

Click the Add Template or Edit button. 

Step 9

Create or Edit the Appraisal template. When finished, click Save.

Step 10

Check out the other Appraisal Policy. Toggle the Yes button for the email notification.

Then, click Save.
