Allow Admins or Managers to Apply Leave for Team Members on Their Behalf
In Carbonate HR, the company may implement a leave application made by Admins and Managers on behalf of the team members. This feature helps the team members to apply for the leave on the specified date especially when unable to do so.
When this feature is enabled, the Admins or Managers may now apply leave for the other team members.
- Apply for Leave on Behalf of the Team Member
- Only the Admin and Managers with leave privileges may perform this setup.
Step 1.
On the dashboard, go to the Settings section and click the Leave/Holiday tab.
Step 2
Scroll down to the leave on behalf section.
Toggle the Yes button to enable the feature.
On the question, what should be the status of leave when applied on behalf of any team member, toggle the selected status.
Step 3
Click Save.
