Adding photo and remarks on check in and check out

To add photos or remarks of your employee's attendance during check-in and check out, simply do these following steps:

Before enabling the photo and remarks please make sure the outlet is created in Carbonate to perform the attendance.

Step 1

Choose Attendance tab

Step 3

Choose Yes or No option to set your preference in adding photo or remarks for your company employees check in and check out.

Step 4

If you wish to make the remarks mandatory for attendance, kindly enable the same.

Step 5

If you want to make the photo attachments mandatory for attedance for the users,kindly enable the same.

So while performing the attendance users need to add their photo to perform the attedance successfully.
